 Dr. Andrei Barasch (DMD, MDSc, Associate Professor, Div. of Oncology, Weill Cornell Medical College, NY) is a specialist in oral oncology. He is particularly interested in the effects of PBM on skin and mucous membrane damage caused by cancer therapies. He conducts basic and clinical studies on the effects of photobiomodulation on various cancer models, including radiotherapy-induced mucositis, graft vs. host disease, and solid tumors.
